3. Chicago St. Patrick’s Day Parade

This is one of the largest Irish events of its kind outside of Dublin. It may seem like a small-scale parade, but this is probably the best St. Patrick’s Day in America. The South Boston St. Patrick’s Day Parade is one that fits the character of Boston, one of the best cities to spend this holiday of the Irish. It is the second largest parade of its kind in the country, and if you can’t make it and you live in the Boston area, you can be among the 600,000 people who tune in to watch this epic parade in an epic city.
